At BookishCoasters, each product is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Due to the custom production process, all sales are final once an order is placed.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products require a production timeframe of approximately 15–20 business days before shipping, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address submissions
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by carriers after shipment
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the damage
- The item must be unused
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund at our discretion
30-Day Warranty
Our 30-day warranty applies only to items that arrive damaged or defective.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or handling
- Cosmetic preferences
- Damage caused after delivery
